These terms govern your rental of equipment from Porta Potty Rental Richmond, VA. By booking a rental, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your project, event, location, and rental duration. Final pricing is confirmed at time of booking. We do not add hidden fees after a quote is confirmed; any additional costs, such as generator rental for a site without power access, are itemized clearly upfront.
Delivery & Placement
You are responsible for providing accurate site access information and ensuring the delivery location is reasonably accessible. We reserve the right to recommend an alternate placement if the originally requested spot is unsafe or unstable. Securing any required permits for placement on public property is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Rented units should be used for their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during the rental period. Please report any issues with a unit promptly so we can address them.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Call us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. We will work with you on adjusting delivery timing where reasonably possible, particularly for weather-related event changes.
Servicing
Units are serviced on the schedule agreed at booking, typically weekly for ongoing rentals. If you need a different schedule, request it at booking or by contacting us directly.
Limitation of Liability
We maintain our equipment to a genuine standard of cleanliness and function, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment use, delivery timing, or servicing, beyond correcting the issue directly.
Equipment Ownership
All rented equipment remains the property of Porta Potty Rental Richmond, VA at all times. Your booking grants a temporary right to use the equipment for the agreed rental period; it does not transfer ownership or any right to modify, relocate without notice, or sublease the equipment to another party.
Access for Servicing
You agree to provide reasonable access to the delivery site for scheduled servicing visits and for pickup at the end of the rental period. If access is genuinely restricted on a scheduled service day, contact us as early as possible so we can coordinate an alternate time rather than skipping a scheduled visit entirely.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed at time of booking. Extended rentals may be invoiced periodically rather than in a single upfront payment, depending on the arrangement made at booking. Late payment may affect scheduling of future servicing or pickup; contact us directly if you anticipate a payment delay so we can work through it together rather than letting the account fall into default.
Weather and Force Majeure

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will not retroactively affect a rental agreement already confirmed and in progress, but will apply to new bookings made after the update takes effect.
Extending or Modifying a Booking
If your project or event timeline extends beyond the originally booked rental period, contact us before the scheduled pickup date to arrange an extension rather than leaving equipment on-site past the agreed period without confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate extensions based on equipment availability, and we would rather have that conversation early than have you assume an extension is automatic.
Unit Relocation During the Rental Period
If you need a unit moved to a different location on the same property, or to an entirely different address, contact us to arrange this rather than moving equipment yourself. Improper relocation can damage the unit or create an unsafe placement situation, and we would rather handle it correctly than have you attempt it without the right equipment.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as legally possible.

Assignment
