If we communicate with you by text message regarding a scheduled delivery or servicing visit, that communication is limited to your specific rental and is not used for unrelated marketing purposes without your separate consent.

Business Records

As a rental business, we maintain certain records, such as invoices and service history, for accounting, tax, and operational purposes as required by standard business practice and applicable law. These records may include your name, address, and transaction details, and are retained separately from marketing-related data.
